Mambo Mushy Peas

Ingredients

  • 16 oz (1/2 a bag) Mambo Frozen Peas
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 tbp salt
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper

Instructions

  • Bring a pot with salted water to a boil overmedium heat.
  • Add the frozen peas and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain the peas and transfer to a foodprocessor or blender.
  • Add the heavy cream, butter, salt and pepper.
  • Blend for 5 seconds or until desired consistency.
  • Enjoy!
