Mambo Mushy Peas
- 16 oz (1/2 a bag) Mambo Frozen Peas
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 tbp salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- Bring a pot with salted water to a boil overmedium heat.
- Add the frozen peas and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the peas and transfer to a foodprocessor or blender.
- Add the heavy cream, butter, salt and pepper.
- Blend for 5 seconds or until desired consistency.
