Empanadas with Hot Sauce (Aji Picante)

Ingredients

  • Mambo Empanadas, heat and serve

Hot Sauce

  • 1 red Habanero pepper (or to taste)
  • ½ cup of chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup of chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup of finely diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix well and serve with warm empanadas.
